When your pet requires surgery, we understand how distressing it can be. Every step of the journey, we’ll be there for you. Before you decide to proceed with the procedure, we’d be pleased to offer you a tour of our spotless, state-of-the-art surgical center. We’ll go over everything with you after that route has been approved to put your mind at ease.
We’ll provide you and your pet with detailed pre-operative instructions, from when to keep them from eating the night before the procedure through a detailed schedule for the day of the procedure. If your pet is undergoing anesthesia, blood work may be required to ensure that they are healthy enough to undergo the procedure.
Throughout the procedure, our experts will work hard to ensure that we cure your pet’s illness and phone you with the good news. Several members of our team will be present to ensure that everything in the operation room proceeds properly.
We’ll contact you as soon as your pet is out of surgery to make sure you have all of the information you need to bring your pet home and make sure they’re comfortable and ready to start recuperating. We may need to schedule follow-up sessions to ensure that the healing process is progressing well.
