We are an independent (truly noncorporate), women-owned, small animal clinic now open in Happy Valley. And we would love to meet you!

All three of us are experienced, fun, and truly excellent veterinarians who want to challenge the status quo. We feel a moral obligation to treat staff better than we have seen and experienced. We have backgrounds in emergency medicine (Dove Lewis and Northwest Veterinary Specialists) and high-end primary care. We love to teach and get excited about learning with you.

We want our staff to feel valued and heard, and to be part of an amazing team and culture. We love efficiency and want to find ways to have your job be smarter, not harder. We work hard and play hard, and want to have this be your career, not just your job.

We have all worked with burnout and frustration, and we want to put your experience as a veterinary professional front and center as we develop our culture. We treat our employees the way we want to be treated, and we will always have your back.

And you? You must love long dog walks on the beach, quiet nights making muffins with kittens, and beautiful sunsets with a muddy dog by your side. But seriously, you are stellar (we love you already!) – great person, mad skills, and most of all, profoundly committed to the people and animals we serve. Mostly, we are looking for hardworking, fun-loving, flexible good humans to join our drama-free team on this wonderful journey.
