What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 9AM to 2PM. We are closed on Sunday.

What type of pets do you see?
At Fern Hill Veterinary Care, we treat dogs and cats.
What are your payment options?

We accept all major credit cards and CareCredit.

Unlike traditional pet financing or veterinary payment plans, the CareCredit credit card gives you the flexibility to use your card again and again for your pet’s procedures.

What services do you provide?

At Fern Hill Veterinary Care, we offer pet acupuncture, pet dentistry, pet surgery, pet wellness, pet urgent care, pet ultrasound, pet vaccination, microchipping, and pet prescription diets.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Fern Hill is committed to providing exceptional care. Unfortunately, when one patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.

Please call us at (503) 821-7070 by 10 a.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 10 a.m. on Friday. Surgery cancellations should be made 48 hours in advance in order to give another patient time to be seen. If timely notification is not given, you will be charged for the missed appointment.
